It was cut in the classic open fronted silhouettes that is common for tourist jackets of this period. The jacket has been embroidered and appliqud throughout with traditional brightly coloured images of people and flora including a large dancing couple on the back. The collar, plackets, sleeve cuffs and patch pockets have been finished off with crisscross edge
