The silk is cut on the bias and meant to drape so the measurements are quite generous when off

The skirt has elastic at the waist and closes with a button at the side on the waistband

This is certainly a high end piece and perhaps a top designer piece that has sadly lost it's label along its journey

Waist: 12" flat across from side to side (you could move the hook to gain another inch if needed)

It is made out of a black netting that has gold leafs embroidered over its surface. The bodice is set high in an empire that plunges low into the band that sits just under the bust. It does the same at the back giving it a sexy but simple feel. The skirt balloons out from under the bust and is gathered up and under the hem slightly so you get this saucy little pouf.
