The clinic is very clean and well-organized. The treatment is effective, and the staff are patient, kind, and compassionate. They treat patients equally without discrimination. The service is excellent, and everything is very convenient. The toilet facilities are also clean and comfortable. Overall, a very good experience.
I feel very thankful that I decided to visit this clinic. My office doesn't provide medical card, so I was worried about the bills.In the end my bill was less than rm70. So I feel very thankful.I remember visiting other clinics nearby and having to pay more than rm100. 😂Apart from this, doctor did ask if I need MC or if I have any kids at home so my illness doesn't infect others. I think this shows that he is a very detailed person.
Dr Vicknes is a very kind & patient doctor. To be honest it is very hard nowadays to find a doctor that really cares about the patient and really look into your underlying issues faced.He is on duty during weekdays and Saturdays half day. Whereby the locums on Saturday evening/Sundays may slight lacking maybe due to not as experienced as Dr Vicknes.
I have go to this clinic more than 10x times. Very recommended for this clinic, staff and doctor always very friendly.

I had a great experience at this clinic. The staff were friendly, kind, and very helpful throughout my visit. The doctor was also excellent and took the time to explain my condition and provide useful tips on how to take better care of my health. The medication prescribed was effective as well. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this clinic.
